Documents needed:

– 1 x Proof of Address: Latest Bank Statement/ Council Bill

– 2 x Bank Cards: Debit and/ or Credit
Please ensure you are on time and bring the relevant ID and documentation as listed above, otherwise, you may not be able to rent a bicycle.
Here's how the plan works
1. Application
To get started, you need to provide Proof of Identity, Proof of Address.
2. Get the E-Bike
After your application is submitted, you'll receive an email prompting you to choose your preferred date and time for collecting your E-Bike.
3. Customer Support
If you encounter any issues or have concerns about the E-Bike, there's no need to worry. You can reach out to us directly through WhatsApp for assistance.
4. Return after hire period
At the end of the hire period, you can initiate the return process by providing a 14-day notice. Simply write to us, and we will facilitate the return of the E-Bike.
Electric Bicycles Available for Hire
Both electric bikes have the similar technical specs, but they come in two frame styles: step-over and step-through. We rent whichever frame is available at the time of your rental. We understand you might have a preference, and we’ll try our best to fulfil it, but cannot guarantee it.
