A rear hub motor is located in the rear wheel hub and provides direct propulsion, while a mid-drive motor is located at the bottom bracket and drives the chain, providing better performance and efficiency.

The maximum motor output is limited to 250W in accordance with GB electrically assisted pedal cycles (EAPCs) rules and EN15194:2017 regulations. These regulations ensure that e-bikes are classified as bicycles rather than mopeds, allowing them to be ridden on cycle paths and public roads without the need for a license or insurance.

Our brand-new lithium-ion battery pack can guarantee at least 400 full-charge-to-full-depletion cycles, due to good-quality cells and BMS. BMS cut off the power and protect the cells whenever it senses something abnormal, such as overheating or overcurrent. After this point, the battery will begin to degrade and lose its capacity.

A The maximum speed for motor assistance is 25km/h or 15.5mph in accordance with GB regulations. You can cycle above 25 kph, just without motor support.

A belt drive uses a toothed belt instead of a chain to transmit power from the motor to the wheels. Belt drives are quieter and require less maintenance than chain drives.

The advertised range for each electric bicycle is determined through continuous riding in test environment, which include a rider weight of 55kg, flat terrain, and level 1 assist level. However, the actual range may vary depending on factors such as terrain, rider weight, and weather conditions.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all electric bicycles, which covers manufacturing defects and parts failure. However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
