1. Valid Passport
2. Valid UK photocard driving licence [Front and Back]

- Take a clear photo of the original ID, no scans, screenshots or photocopies.
- Lay the ID flat and try to avoid glare or reflections.
- Align the ID with the guidelines on the screen. No details should be hidden or cut off.

1. UK bank or credit card statement
2. Council Tax bill

When uploading statements and bills, make sure that:
- the document is addressed to you
- the document is dated within the last 4 months
- you upload the page that shows your name and address

NOTE: If using Council Tax bills, these need to be either for the current billing year and dated within the last 13 months, or next billing year and dated within last 4 months.

How to take a photo of yourself holding your ID
- Take the photo in a room with enough light
- Select the highest photo quality on the device you use to take the photo
- Hold up the document next to your face.
- Make sure both your face and ID are clear on the photo — nothing on the ID can be covered or censored
- If your photo is not of high enough quality (sufficiently sharp and not blurry), we will request a better copy.
