Shipping Policy
1. Shipment Processing Time:
All electric bicycles are made to order and will be processed within the next 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. Meanwhile, electric bicycles accessories are processed within 2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by additional 5 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we shall contact you via email.
2. UK Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

4. How do I check the status of my order?
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@cirgo.bike with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
CIRGO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
CIRGO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please email us as soon as possible at cs@cirgo.bike with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
7. Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please visit cirgo.bike/returns for full return policy.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, only if the item is in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. However, this does not apply to the defective item.
